I recently moved and found my menopause diet book in a box yesterday.
I am reading it again. It is very exciting! I understand more now then
when I read it the first time because of all the help you've given me,
and because in the book I found three pages of segments of information
that you had given me and I compiled it all in one document. That review
was right on time! Thank you! You are a Godsend and a life saver. How
do you thank someone who has taken you from Buddha Belly to slim?

You know, I feel like we are entering another whole world here with all
the medical words, etc.. I sort of feel like I just landed in a foreign
country where I don't speak the language but you can occasionally find
an English speaker or
translator. In a great way, you act (in your private discussion board) as a translator
for those of us who don't speak "medical." And particularly
in a scary time, it is so helpful because I am not sure I am thinking
clearly, or well.
